Jack McCartin washed ashore on Cape Cod in 1986 after stopovers in East Hartford, New London, and Clinton, CT, South Kingston, Wakefield, and Narragansett, RI, Silvis, Moline and Rock Island, IL, and Davenport, IA.
That winding path we all take from here to there must have a purpose! To me it has been the building blocks that have refined and polished a person to better listen, hear and understand, to be of better service to others.
It has served me well in some 21 years of Real Estate on Cape Cod.
Originally licensed in IL in the early 1980's serving the Quad Cities, I obtained my MA license in 1988 and concentrated on the Mid Cape Cod area of Barnstable, Centerville, Hyannis, Mashpee, Osterville, Sandwich, and Yarmouth.
In 2000, I moved that focus to the Lower Cape area and concentrated on Brewster and the beautiful Ocean Edge Resort, Chatham, Dennis, Harwich, and Orleans.
For the past two years with many clients and referrals in both areas, I pretty much cover most of the Cape from Falmouth to Orleans.
As more clients began to focus on warmer climates in the winter, I obtained my FL license in the beginning of 2009 and expect to be able assist them also in FL.
I am a member of the CCIAOR Board of Realtors as well as the Boston MLS Property Information Network.
All of this experience has taught me to focus on making the deal work, and to bring the Buyer and Seller to the closing table
both pleased with the outcome.
That is my job.
I know it works because I have enjoyed the luxury of many referrals from past Buyers and Sellers, and fellow Brokers,
who entrust their friends to me either to sell their property or seek a new property for them.
I work for you as you would work, if this were your full time job. The difference is I do this daily and know the local market from 21 years of experience in it.
